Facing an intricate maze of healthcare portals, I spearheaded design of a unified access hub empowering Healthfirst members with simplified management of critical health plans needs. Conducting immersive research into member struggles navigating fragmented systems, we created an intuitive single sign on solution into one mobile optimized experience. We overcame systemic constraints to reduce complications and unlock member confidence through this personalized one stop portal. The result is dramatically improved satisfaction and control.
